Policies

PLEASE NOTE: Pins are all made by hand and therefore will never be 100% flawless. I do not sell flawless pins and therefore can never guarantee any pin will be entirely without flaws. Please keep this in mind when purchasing! 

 

GRADING POLICY:

Standard Grade:

These pins have the most minimal flaws, nothing distracting at arms length. May have small imperfections at close examination or when tilted in the light. Please note that sides and backs of pins do not apply unless the flaw is also visible from the front. Please also note that the larger/more complex the pin the more chances of flaws, so even standard grades will have minor imperfections. 

B Grade:

May have one or two noticable flaws, or several smaller flaws which vary in severity but do not take away from the overall integrity of the design. May include pin pricks, scratches, paint spots, under filled enamel, small areas of misfilled enamel, slight screenprint errors, etc. 

C Grade:

These pins have more immediately noticeable flaws, such as deeper scratches, multiple noticeable pin pricks, missing or misaligned screenprint, noticeable paint spots, significant plating issues, etc. These will be more heavily discounted and will vary in quality. 

 

Anything below a C grade will generally not be sold. I will not sell any pins severely damaged to the point that it no longer does the design justice.


In the case of a batch of pins not meeting the amount of Standard grades needed to fulfill preorders, remakes may or may not occur depending on the situation. If the pin is not remade, I will offer either a partial refund and a B grade or a full refund if the customer prefers not to keep the pin. 

If you receive a Standard grade pin which you feel may have flaws I overlooked, please contact me via email with photos of the flaw(s) and I will review them and either offer you a partial refund or a replacement if available. If a replacement is offered, you will need to mail the pin back to me and I will send your replacement after it is received. Please be aware that I reserve the right to decline a request for a refund or replacement if I feel the flaw falls within my Standard grade policy. 


REFUND POLICY: 

If an order is placed accidentally or otherwise which you would like canceled, please email me ([email protected]) with your order number and the situation and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that refunds in certain situations will be issued minus any transaction fees which do not get refunded on my end. If there is an issue that is my fault, the full amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING:


CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO GERMANY! However if you have a proxy address, I am happy to use that.

I ship via the United States Postal Service. In hand orders ship out within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay I will post about it via my IG page. Please be aware with International orders that you will be responsible to pay any customs fees on your end when the order arrives, I do not collect any taxes/fees for any countries outside the United States. Please be aware of this and prepared to pay any fees due on arrival.
