DESCRIPTION:
Vintage Sailor Moon "Rainbow Seal" sticker furoku.
Released in the March 1992 issue of Nakayoshi Magazine.
This is the very first Sailor Moon furoku released. It's one of, if not the very first, Sailor Moon merchandise released! It was included with the March 1992 Nakayoshi issue featuring the second chapter of the manga "Act 2- Ami". This small sticker set features early concept art of Sailor Moon and Usagi by Naoko Takeuchi and interestingly includes Artemis or a white fur version of Luna. This is the first release of this art which was only ever republished in the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Materials Collection art book from 1999. This is a special piece of little known Sailor Moon history, a very rare and hard to find item!
Furoku are bonus items included in manga magazines, such as Nakayoshi, which Sailor Moon was serialized in from 1991-1997. These items were exclusively available within the magazine and were never sold separately. Many of these items include exclusive art by Naoko Takeuchi that was only featured on these items!
